Great for hammertoes. They aren't the prettiest on but are really comfortable. I added arch supports although there is some. The upper edge cut into my ankle at first but I used moleskin and they eventually stretched out. I wish they came in **** or tan.

Fit, feel, size are good. Only drawback I have with this shoe is the top is very high up on my foot with the top elastic finish which hits almost over-the-ankle. I need wide toe area and these are perfect for that-=love the stretchy fabric, color. Good foot support.

HOW TO REACH US
Contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
TIOSEBON & KONHILL's Responsibility:
If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when TIOSEBON & KONHILL is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.
1.Incorrect order(size of the item)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case:
(1)For an exchange, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send us back. we will cover shipping fees for sending a replacement shoe.
(2) For the refund, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send us back. and we will deduct a flat Processing Fee of USD 5.00 each pair shoe when we refund money to every client. (If the order has extra freight, the freight will not be refunded)
NOTE: The shoes are only returnable within 7 days of delivery. After we make return agreement, please send a return label within 5 working days. We will not accept returns for more than 5 business days.
If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 3 days of receiving the product for a partial, and we will assessment try to find the suitable solution to you. once we both agree with the refund, in this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send us back and we will deduct a flat Processing Fee of USD 5.00 each pair shoe when we refund money to every client.
NOTE: The shoes are only returnable within 7 days of delivery.
ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT WARRANTY
We do not accept unpaid express delivery.
All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; please email us first.
All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
NOTE: We do not accept returns used item, also not accept over 60% OFF item. unless a customer received a wrong item or the item was faulty.
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
